I’ve used Macs and PCs since the early 90s, working in web design and related fields. My first “Mac” was an Apple Lisa, which my dad got second-hand in the mid 80’s. I think it had a 10mb hard drive, and a few apps from the previous owner… it was a shade of yellow from sitting in the sun, but it worked and I was hooked.

I’m not a desktop app developer and I’ve never developed a Mac application. The closest I’ve come are bootable Flash CD presentations. I currently work as a web designer and use both a desktop PC and a Macbook Pro 17.

In addition to technology and design, I’m also interested in international economic development, youth entrepreneurship, snow/surf/BMX/mountain biking, and I’m also into digital cinematography. My wife Melissa encourages me to keep coming up with new ideas. We currently live in Long Beach, CA.
