Okay. This is where the rubber meets the road.

In this scenario, an intrepid browser decides to reply to one of Step’s posts using the QUOTE function.
This immediately throws you into Post mode, all the while morphing your app to enable specific functions, features and tools.
You’ll note the inline spell-checker. The iLife integration (as well as the finder), and the ease with which Hijack is able to make adding such things as Photos, Art & Images, even Movies.
After dragging it’s preview directly into your post, it’ll give you an option to resize the image resolution, either to presets, or a custom size. This user decides to keep the resolution untouched.
Hijack will automatically wrap your text and images using that particular forum’s BBcode (all behind the scenes). All you have to do now is hit submit (or Save as Draft if you want to think about it for a bit), and let the app upload the image to your server (or possibly a site such as Flickr.com) without you having to do anything else.
That’s the cliff notes version. Of course there is more to this mode than I can show in the :60 video… but hopefully this will get your mind-juices flowing.
